Ten disconnected tools. None knew the customer.
We felt this before we ever fixed it. Hosting thousands of websites, we watched the same thing break on every one: chat lived in one app, the CRM in another, then tickets, analytics, email, promotions, SEO, surveys, and some brittle AI bolted on top. Each tool saw a single slice of the customer. None of them saw the whole person. Switching tabs to stitch the story together was the job. So instead of buying a tenth tool, we built the layer we wished existed: one place, one shared brain, the whole customer in view.
